In order to guarantee the entire operation and the continued monitoring of the activities carried out by the chosen parties (and if they are in line with the project hypothesis) the council has decided to nominate a committee of experts made up of important, nationally renowned personalities.

If the actuating parties are not in line with the project hypothesis the relationship set up with the town council may lead to being dissolved.
